In my role at Pegasus Solutions, I know that the most crucial skill and yet the hardest to find in an IT employee is advanced problem-solving skills.
In our industry, we offer and work with technology to simplify tasks and business processes for hotels, travel distributors and travel agencies, which are brought together through an underlying complexity. An employee should know how to successfully do the following:
1. Understand the end-to-end process
2. Isolate problems
3. Resolve issues in a dynamic environment
